Review on Cherry Crush by Cathy Cassidy AND a review on Bitter Sweet by Cathy!!

Reviews by: Coco Panda

Cherry Crush

I think this book is really, really good. I like how Cathy writes about how Cherry felt, and was, before she and her dad moved down to Somerset and how Cherry felt, and was, when they moved down to Somerset. It is also really sad because she explains to Shay (see the next review) how the story of her life was wrong and she never grew up in Japan and her mum died.

A great book for girls (and maybe some boys) aged 9 - 14 who like authors such as Jacqueline Wilson and Karen McCombie

Bitter Sweet

This book is great. Shay is Cherry's boyfriend and he comforts his ex in front of Cherry and they fall out. He is also made an offer for a record deal but his dad says no and gets really angry.

A great book for girls (maybe some boys) aged 9 -14 who like authors such as Jacqueline Wilson and Karen McCombie.

I hope you enjoy reading those books. I did.

Review on The Sisters Grimm by Michael Buckley

Review by: Coco Panda

This book is the 1st one out of nine.

This book is full of adventure. At the start Daphne and Sabrina Grimm are on a train to their grandmother's house. They believe that their grandmother is dead! Also at the start it is a bit boring but when you read on it is not boring.

5 stars!

Emily Feather and the Chest of Charms by Holly Webb -Book Review-

Review by CocoPanda

Emily Feather is a girl who lives with Fairies - sound girly but it is not the fairies like you hear about in fairy tales -  Ash her dad guards the doors to the fairy world.

When her older sister Lory brings home a boy called Dan, Emily, Lark and Robin don't trust him. They think he looks like someone they know.......... But who?

An exciting story of adventure.

I recommend this book to girls who like adventure and strange happenings aged 7-10.

I LOVE this book. It is quite unussual but in a good way. I love the part when Effie (Crystal's mum) gets arrested.

I recommend this book to Boys and Girls aged 8-12 who like adventure.
