I think this book is really really good because it is made up of letters (the problems/questions from you) and anwsers (from Cathy). It is spilt into different chapters: Friends Forever?, Growing up, Boys, Boys,Boys School Daze, Beat Bullying, Confidence tricks, Being yourself, Dream on, Family Matters,Sad stuff, Things that don't help, .... And things that do! Instead of reading it like you would to a normal book you can just open it up. It doesn't matter where you land.
